All products sold on our website are digital in nature — including Google Voice accounts, Gmail accounts, LinkedIn accounts, API numbers, and other digital services. Since these products are delivered electronically and accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we are fair people. If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.


2. When You Are Eligible for a Replacement

We offer free replacements in the following situations:

  • The account you received is not working or invalid at the time of delivery
  • The account details provided were incorrect or incomplete
  • You received a duplicate account that you had already purchased from us

To qualify, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted, as we have no way to verify what happened to the account after that window.


3. When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The account was working at delivery but was later banned, suspended, or disabled due to your own usage or activity
  • You violated Google’s, LinkedIn’s, or any other platform’s Terms of Service after receiving the account
  • You entered the wrong email address at checkout and did not receive your order
  • You simply changed your mind after purchase
  • The issue was caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake — please double-check before ordering
  • Claims are made after 24 hours of delivery

We strongly recommend testing any account immediately after delivery so you can report issues within the eligible window.


4. Refunds (Cash Back)

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer cash refunds in most cases. Our standard resolution is a replacement account of equal value.

In very exceptional circumstances — such as a complete failure to deliver your order after multiple attempts — we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund, please contact us with your order details and we will review your case honestly.


5. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, replacement and refund terms are handled individually depending on the order size and situation. If you experience issues with a bulk order, please contact us directly via email or Telegram as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
